The Building is located in the Colonia Del Valle in Mexico City. The building was designed with three different typologies of departments. Apartments on one level,?Apartments on two levels duplex and Pent Houses on two levels.?The structure of the building was raised with walls and slabs of concrete in two different colors to highlight the construction process. The buildings rush occupies eighty percent of the total land area and is displaced in five levels and a half basement in which the parking lot is located.
