Casa Alameda consisted of the restoration of a neighborhood house of the 1950s located in the center of Mexico City to turn it into a hostel that will serve travelers from all over the world.
The Restoration consisted of respecting the central courtyard of the house as a starting point after all the structural elements of the pre-existence were identified and respected. After this methodology we proceeded to eliminate all those elements that were added to the original design of the house.
The building has three levels. On the ground floor there are 5 shops that face the street, 3 bedrooms and 4 suites, on the Second level there are 2 suites and 7 bedrooms, finally on the third level there are 2 bedrooms for women and games rooms.
The roof of the old building was enabled as a Roof Garden where there will be different exterior activities and where breakfast will be served.
